If you are enrolled in university, higher professional education, or secondary vocational education, you can apply for student finance from the Dutch government. You must be a Dutch national or have the same rights. This means non-Dutch can also apply for student finance.

During the premaster you are enrolled as a bachelor student at RSM. As a premaster student you don’t pay regular statutory tuition fee (wettelijk collegegeld). Instead you pay a course fee determined by the university.

If you already applied for student finance during your bachelor, for the premaster you can apply for student finance for the remainder of the nominal years that you are entitled to study financing via DUO.

If you used up all of your student finance during your bachelor, you can not apply for more student finance for the premaster.
