No. Students from Research Universities and Universities of Applied Science must meet the GPA requirements. From October 2020 onwards GMAT can no longer be used to compensate for an insufficient GPA. This is due to strict guidelines set by the Dutch government in regards to use of standardized tests in the admissions process.
